Athletic Highlights

Girls Soccer

The Girls Soccer team had an outstanding season going 16 -2. The team went undefeated in league play, capturing the Catholic Central League Division II Championship. The team won its first tournament game against North Shore Regional High School before falling to Georgetown High School in the Division III North Semi-Final.

Sarah Gauthier, Maretta Guiendon, Cailie Hanlon, Taylor O’Bryne, and Meghan Olsen were selected as Catholic Central League All-Stars.

Boys Soccer

The Boys Soccer team battled all year long and finished in second place in the Catholic Central League Division II. By doing this, the team qualified for the State Tournament, but lost in the first round to a tough Rockport team on the road.

Hieu Ngyuen, Charlie Rinaldo, and J.B Thompson
were selected as Catholic Central League All-Stars.

Cross Country

The Cross Country team, still in the process of growing, had a good season. The Boys and Girls both ran great races this season, and look to improve even further next year.

Wesley Fitting was selected as a Catholic Central League All-Star.

Football

It was a rebuilding year for the Football team this season. They worked really hard and played some hard fought games. Many underclassmen gained a lot of valuable playing experience, that they will look to build on in the future.

Jay Kenney, Ray Dunn, Michael Nicholson, and Owen Bullock were selected as Catholic Central League All-Stars.

Volleyball

The Volleyball team worked hard all season long. The team lost some close matches, but never gave up. With great leadership from the upperclassmen, and many underclassmen stepping into starting roles, the team won seven games. The team looks to improve next season.

Katie Clark was selected as a Catholic Central League All-Star.

Golf

The Golf team had a great season competing for the first time in the Fall. The team went 7 and 4, and was one match away from winning a league championship. The team looks to carry this success into next season.

Robert Cleary and John Rufo were selected as Catholic Central League All-Stars.

Cheerleading

The Cheerleading team continues to improve with each season. The Girls worked extremely hard, with all of their late practices. The team finished second in both the Stacy Stott Memorial Cheer Competition in Lowell and the Catholic Central League Competition.
